In my wildest dreams I couldn't have hoped for a more brilliant creation - you are truly an extremely talented lady.

Ollie was equally delighted and I have never before seen a birthday cake so eagerly devoured by children and parents alike.  Not only did it look fantastic but it tasted divine, everyone loved it, and not a tiny bit of it was wasted.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! for the fantastic cake.  Andy absolutely loved it and it was very much admired at the party.  Not much is left now!  It tasted just as good as it looked, and lots of people commented on how delicious it was.  Also, the catering manager who cut it up said it was the best cake for cutting that he had ever had!  I think meaning that it held its shape, didn’t crumble, cut smoothly and had good texture etc.

So thank you so much – I will definitely think of you next time I need a cake and would recommend you without hesitation to anyone looking for a wonderful cake.
