I just wanted to feedback to you on the fantastic cake you made for our wedding on Friday. .Everyone there was completely bowled over by it. "never seen anything like it' was frequently heard, and even the chef at the New Mill commented that the cake was nice and moist and not like many novelty cakes that look good but like cardboard. When I cut it and handed it out everyone had a piece and there was utter silence from the room whilst they ate it and then said they all wanted another piece. Hello Debbie. I thought you would be pleased to know that Glenn was delighted with the large cake and the cupcakes. He didn't mind at all that the icing colour had to be reversed on the big cake. We set the cupcakes up on a seven tier clear acrylic cake stand and they looked superb. However, eating them was something else. I can honestly say that I have never tasted such superb cakes like these. The flavour and moistness was exquisite. The icing was just perfect. They simply melted in the mouth. Thank you so much for helping to make his day special. When another occasion arise, I will certainly contact you again.

I had to write and say a huge "thank you" for the lovely cake you made for Dad’s 90th birthday. it was a great success and Dad was absolutely overwhelmed by the photograph on the cake - he couldn't work out how you put it there and his face was a picture when he saw it.
