Hi Debbie. We all wanted to thank you for the most amazing cake for Josh's 21st party.

All the hotel staff were blown away, as indeed were all the guests. Josh didn't want to cut it at all because it looked so perfect and he's made me put the remains in the freezer (!) so he can bring it out and admire it again when he is next home. We didn't dare put any candles on it which would have spoiled the design.

You so clearly took such time and trouble to make it exactly right. The colour was perfect too and the cake itself was delicious! Loads of people asked who made it. We can't thank you enough. It was one of the highlights of a very special occasion and I know he will always remember THE CAKE!! He was by the way, totally taken by surprise. Even though his friends (all already dressed up and ready to party at 3.30 in the afternoon) were worried he had spotted them lurking in college, it remained a secret until he came in. Not quite sure how we managed but it seems that we did.

I just wanted to feedback to you on the fantastic cake you made for our wedding on Friday.

Everyone there was completely bowled over by it. "never seen anything like it' was frequently heard. Even the chef at The New Mill commented on it and added that the cake itself was nice and moist and not like many novelty cakes that look good but are hard and taste like cardboard.

Praise indeed, as I bet he has seen quite a few. (The New Mill have your details).

I am intending to send pictures of it to the Motorhome and Caravan magazines as well as to Rapido. I'm sure that they will be impressed.

We had a truly great day on Friday and your cake was almost the star of the show (It couldn't upstage the bride of course).

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the most beautiful cake we have seen. Everyone who attended the christening of Elspeth yesterday admired it and commented how lovely it was.

When I cut it and handed it out everyone had a piece and there was utter silence from the room whilst they ate it and then said they all wanted another piece. It all completely disappeared and the comments were that it was the best cake they had tasted. Much better than any shop bought cake.

The kiddies even ate the little name blocks. Thank you again for the delicious cake and we would highly recommend you.

Just had to say the cakes tasted and looked fantastic. My mother and father in law could not believe the cake. They cut it like a bride and groom on their wedding day. It really looked lovely and I had people coming up to me throughout the evening saying how beautiful and apt it was for them.

They were given a small cake on the thursday by the lady next door and though it looked nice the taste was nothing compared to the one you made..  My dad loved his. He thought he was the cats whiskers and it tasted divine I must say, I did bring a chunk home with me.

I thought you would be pleased to know that Glenn was delighted with the large cake and the cupcakes. He didn't mind at all that the icing colour had to be reversed on the big cake. We set the cupcakes up on a seven tier clear acrylic cake stand and they looked superb.

However, eating them was something else. I can honestly say that I have never tasted such superb cakes like these. The flavour and moistness was exquisite. The icing was just perfect. They simply melted in the mouth.

Today was nerve wracking as the cake was baked and iced yesterday and your sugar picture was scheduled for transfer this morning. I carefully read every word of your website instructions, but was really worried I would damage the sheet and so have a big problem as my friend's birthday party takes place on Saturday - i.e. hardly time to obtain a replacement.

However, your instructions were clear and helpful and the picture is now in place looking brilliant on the cake. Am sure my friend will be delighted to have her artwork replicated so perfectly.

I had to write and say a huge "thank you" for the lovely cake you made for Dad K’s 90th birthday. It was a great success and Dad was absolutely overwhelmed by the photograph of himself on the cake - he couldn't work out how you put it there and his face was a picture when he saw it.

At his lunch party at The Red Lion in Henley the staff were under strict instructions (from him) to cut the cake around the photograph and even though the cake is now with him at home we know that he is still trying to cut slices around it!

My sister-in-law Lis was most anxious that I let you know how thrilled we all were with it and it was delicious into the bargain, so thank you again.

Good luck with your new premises and we will definitely come back for another cake when we have another celebration (my husband's 60th next year)!

This is a rushed email as I'm packing for a trip and getting the family organised (you can imagine). I had to make time to say a huge thank you for the wonderful cake which you made for Natalie's 21st Birthday party on Friday. She absolutely loved it !

All her friends were impressed by your design and after many photos we finally brought ourselves to cut it today. It tastes as good as it looks ( which in my experience is rare) Really good flavour, nicely layered with the two fillings and the sponge is not dry.

I can't tell you how amazed I was when my husband came home with your wonderful cake you made for my mums 60th birthday. It was far better than i ever could have imagined! Everything, from the colour, to the detail of the seahorses, to the 'toppers'. Well, to say I was 'gobsmacked' is an understatement!!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the cake on saturday. It looked beautiful and lots of people made comments about it. Saying how lovely it was and how unusual it was. It made a really nice change from the pillar styles we all had years ago.

Amber and Lee couldn't believe it either. Amber said it was exactly how she had envisaged it to be in her mind. It also tasted lovely. I felt the need to consumer test when it was cut, so had a piece of chocolate and vanilla.
